  • Refund Policy


    We want to ensure that our customers have a rewarding experience using and purchasing our training programs, be it online or in a classroom.

    Below are the terms and conditions that govern our Refund Policy.  When you buy a training module on the CloudClinique website, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and the points below.

     
    Cancellation & Refunds: Classroom Training

    CloudClinique reserves the right to postpone/cancel an online or classroom training event, or change the date and location of an event.

    • In situations where CloudClinique cancels an event, 100% refund will be paid to the delegate.
    • If a cancellation is requested by a delegate 7 or more days prior to the event, 10% of total fee is deducted and the balance refunded to the delegate.
    • If a cancellation is requested by a delegate 7 days or less prior to the event, no refunds will be made.
     
    Cancellation & Refunds: Online Training
    • If a cancellation is requested by a delegate within 48 hours of enrolling on a course, a 10% administration fee is payable.
    • If cancellation is requested by a delegate after 48 hours of enrolling on an online course, no refunds are provided.

    Note: All refunds are processed within 30 days of receipt of the refund request.
